Due to the ever-changing guidelines and restrictions related to COVID-19 it is best to contact me directly for the most up-to-date information. Recently, I have been offering in-person sessions in addition to virtual sessions.  The in-person sessions require people to follow COVID guidelines such as maintaining physical distancing, regular hand washing and sanitizing, attending only when symptom free and masking.
